- 1993: Broadway Clinic opened in Seaside to provide care for Seaside Medi-Cal & indigent patients
- 1994: Alisal Health Center opened, with a focus on maternal health
- 1994: FQHC status for Seaside/Fort Ord closure
- 1995: Marina Clinic became FQHC
- 1997-98: high operating losses correlated with high percent of commercial visits; Mission was reaffirmed re safety net
- 1999: AHC became FQHC
- 2004: added the Laurel Clinics, from Natividad Medical Center
- 2005: Laurel became FQHC
- 2007: Scope change: Behavioral Health integrated into 3 clinics
- 2010: Implemented the Electronic Medical Record
- 2011: filed Scope change for rate increase and behavioral health in the Laurel Clinics
- 2012 – 2013: Planning for Primary Care integration into Behavioral Health Clinics (Marina, Salinas, South County: Scope changes filed)
- 2014: Site expansions planned in Salinas and Seaside
- 2014: Opened satellite clinics in Salinas and Marina to provide primary care in Behavioral Health Clinics
- 2015: Opened new FP Residency Clinic, combining FP and Women’s Health Services
- 2015: Opened Laurel Vista Clinic
- 2015: Planning to double the size of Laurel Pediatric Clinic; opening date goal is November 2015
- 2015: Ground breaking for the new Seaside Clinic in the fall, with opening planned for late 2016
